My story

I am Anna, founder of CNL Sourcing. Born and raised in Vietnam, I arrived in Toulouse at 22 to pursue my studies. My journey reflects my dual culture: for 8 years, I managed a parcel groupage service between France and Vietnam, building solid on-the-ground logistics expertise.

I created CNL Sourcing to be the trusted bridge that French SMEs need. I combine French rigour with direct access to the Vietnamese market. I negotiate in Vietnamese to obtain 'local' rates — not 'tourist' rates. My trusted network in Vietnam, built over 10 years, makes all the difference.

What I do in practice

A client from Toulouse wanted to source custom wooden chairs. An English-speaking agent was asking for a MOQ of 200 units at a high price. By directly contacting a craft carpentry workshop I knew through my family network and negotiating in Vietnamese, I obtained a MOQ of 50 units with a 20% price reduction. That is where my dual culture makes all the difference: I am not a stranger to them, I am part of the network.
